Clinch Mountain Hemp will provide a full refund for all fully sealed/unopened product within 30 days of your purchase. By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.
Please email or call us if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you because your satisfaction with our product is important to us! If you wish return your SEALED product, please see our Returns Process below.
Return Process:
1) Email us at info@clinchmountainhemp.com to notify us that you will be returning your SEALED product within the 30-day time limit and to request our Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us, please provide the tracking number to info@clinchmountainhemp.com so we can watch for it.
3) Once we receive your return and can confirm all products are sealed, we will then issue a refund at which point you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days.
Please note Clinch Mountain Hemp is not responsible for return shipping charges. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return, please feel free to contact us.
Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee as CBD affects everyone differently. We are not able to accept any returned product that has been opened or used!
